 KTransport360 (operated by SiPloudly LLC DBA KTransport360) provides private transportation services. By using our website or mobile app, you agree to the following terms. 

1. Service Overview

KTransport360 provides scheduled and on-demand transportation services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a ride. All rides are scheduled based on availability and must be approved before confirmation.  

 

A ride is considered confirmed only after:

  • The customer reviews the ride details, and
  • The customer approves the ride request


 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or if service conditions cannot be met. 

2. Booking & Approval Process

  •  Customers may request a ride via phone, text or online booking, providing all necessary details to ensure accurate scheduling and service availability
  • Ride details include pickup location, drop-off location, time, and fare
  • The final fare is manually entered and confirmed by KTransport360
  • Customers must review and approve all ride details before the booking is finalized

Once approved, the ride is officially scheduled.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All fares are clearly presented before ride approval
  • Pricing may vary based on time, distance, and service conditions
  • Payment terms are agreed upon prior to or at the time of service

KTransport360 reserves the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your ride.

Customers provide their phone number through a booking form and must acknowledge SMS consent before submitting their request.

These messages may include:

  • Ride confirmations
  • Approval requests
  • Driver notifications (e.g., en route updates)
  • Post-ride follow-ups

SMS messages are used strictly for ride-related communication and not for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies based on ride activity.
Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP at any time.
For help, reply HELP.

5. Driver Communication & Notifications

 Customers may receive notifications including:


• Ride approval requests

• Booking confirmations

• Driver en route notifications

• Pickup and arrival updates

• Ride status updates (in progress, completed)

• Schedule changes or delays

• Customer support responses

• Service- related reminders

• Request for review of services


All arrival times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic or unforeseen conditions.

6. Cancellations & Changes

  • Customers should notify KTransport360 as soon as possible for any changes or cancellations
  • Late cancellations may impact future service availability
  • KTransport360 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rides due to:
  • Safety concerns
  • Weather conditions
  • Vehicle issues
  • Operational limitations
  • All fares are clearly presented before ride approval
  • Pricing may vary based on time, distance, and service conditions
  • Payment terms are agreed upon prior to or at the time of service
  • Late cancellations or changes may impact availability or result in additional charges.
  • KTransport360 reserves the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met.

 

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Communicate any delays or changes promptly
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect

Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

 KTransport360 is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
  • Missed flights or appointments
  • Events outside of our control

Our responsibility is limited to providing the agreed transportation service.

9. Safety & Conduct

 KTransport360 reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a customer:

  • Poses a safety risk
  • Engages in unlawful or disruptive behavior
  • Violates driver or vehicle safety standards

10. Privacy
